• How do I register my player(s) to play for Alta Little League?
  Registration is easy, simply go to the Ute Football Conference website at www.utefootball.com and click on the "Online Player Registration" button. Be sure to register in the "Alta" district and be sure to print out your registration receipt and bring it to one of the equipment issue dates on the altayouthfootball.com website. If your player(s) is a first year player, be sure to bring a birth certificate to verify their age.

• When do I get my player(s) equipment?
  Equipment issue dates are posted on the homepage of the website. The first equipment issue date is July 14th from 9am-3pm. Be sure to bring your player(s) registration receipt. Also, if it is a first year player we need to see a birth certificate to verify age.

• When does the football season begin?
  Football season is already here, however, the first day of tryouts is Saturday, August 4th! This is the first official day of practice. There will be 3-5 days of tryout practices. Beginning on Saturday the 4th. Then the teams will be selected by the coaches in an organized draft.

• What team will my player(s) play on?
  Each player is drafted by a coach to a specific team. Although it would be nice, there are no guarantees you will play with your close friends. All coaches are interviewed and picked from a "coaches selection" committee and are pre-qualified to coach your players. Each coach evaluates the players abilities and chooses each player accordingly. Every registered player will be selected on a team, no matter what level that player is. Our goal is to compete, but also to develop an each player's skills in the game of football. The players get better year after year. Some just need to start.

• What if I have a problem with my player's equipment?
  If you have an equipment issue, please see the equipment manager for your player's division (gremlin, pee wee, etc.). They will get your player back on the field with all your equipment in place.

• What if I have a problem with my coach or an issue I need to resolve?
  Each division has a "Liason" to handle all concerns with respect to coaches, parents, etc. If it is a coach you have a problem with and you don't want to deal with him directly, call the division "Liason"...they will be able to help you with your issue and contact the board for you if necessary. Division liasons will be posted on this site.
